Jacky provides total support to your home renovation needs. She was able to work with us on budgets and scope of projects. We suffered a bad water leak from old pipes and got very little help from our insurance policy. Jacky was able to find the right contractor to repair both our inside water damage and outside brick work. She checked in frequently for updates. In December 2024, a burst water pipe caused significant water damage in our finished basement. After researching several restoration companies and reading through reviews, we chose Xpert Restoration Solutions, and we’re so glad we did. From the very beginning, their team was friendly, professional, and incredibly understanding of the stressful situation we were facing. Jacky was a pleasure to speak with over the phone and quickly scheduled an on-site inspection. When she and her team arrived, they not only assessed the damage but also took the time to educate my husband and me about the potential for mold growth if the issue wasn’t addressed promptly. One of the biggest reliefs was that Xpert Restoration handled the entire process with our homeowners insurance, which took a huge burden off our shoulders. Once we received insurance approval, the team got to work. They carefully packed and removed our furniture and personal belongings to an offsite storage facility before beginning demolition. I was especially impressed by how meticulous they were in containing the damaged area to prevent dust or debris from affecting the rest of our basement. After treating all affected sections, they moved forward with the renovation, including new drywall, baseboards, flooring, and painting. The result? Our basement now looks even better than it did before the damage. Omg! Well where do I start (I'm getting teary eyed writing this...) in Jan of 2024 a pipe bursted and flooded my 1st floor and basement of our new home. I was in tears and emotional not knowing what to do, where to start or where to turn. After receiving a recommendation from a friend for another company and being extremely disappointed by the lack of service and attention we received from that co.. I remembered Jacky being in the same line of work and reached out! Man the only thing I regret til this day, is not remembering and reaching out sooner! She went above and beyond her scope of work! Had it not been for her I honestly don't know what would've happened or where I would be now. She did everything from advocating for us with our HOI company and other companies thst were involved, to coming in and taking charge of everything! To guiding us through the process ever step of the way. She is a beast to say the least! She is an Angel. Her team is beyond the best team I've ever seen! They came in as well and took charge and packed and moved everything. The repairs were done with such detail with Jacky over seeing everything. She made sure we didn't worry about anything. She is an amazing human being! We were truly blessed to have her for almost a year that it took for all repairs to be complete due to the insurance company which she fought tooth and nail to get us what we were owed for all of the damage that was done not only from flood but from previous company and someone that the insurance co. sent. Jacky fixed everything! Including the mess ups of the other companies. All I can say IS DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THEM! You will NOT be disappointed!
