Updated, again. The pictures in this review were taken two days prior to the original final walkthrough date. The review was posted after the walkthrough didn’t happen and there was no communication or follow through. I was asked to remove the review after the work was finally completed. I offered to update it instead. I understand that the project manager had some matters outside of his job to take care of, that’s not an issue, life happens. What is an issue is the lack of communication and follow through when one team member is out, others need to be able to pick up the slack. Y’all dropped the ball. Have some integrity, own the mistake and do better for your future clients. The north west Penco team, formerly Rapid Restoration, was contracted to perform reclamation services on my mother’s finished basement. The initial work of drying out and removal of damaged sheet rock, carpet etc. went ok. However the work performed after having the source of the problem was resolved, the work to replace flooring, replace sheet rock, and paint was far from what it should have been. Frequent delays, unresponsive communications, no communication on when crews would be onsite. The work that was done was far from professional; nails on trim folded over, stickers on paneling painted over, large holes around outlets and covers, unpainted spots, fast food bags, empty water bottles, grocery bags and other assorted trash tossed to the tree line beside the house. Until this review was posted no traction on resolving the issues seemed to be taking place. Ultimately Mike from Penco did send folks out to fix the discrepancies. That said, it should not take a negative review to get the work done right.

Penco Restoration is an amazing company! Our house flooded on a Sunday morning and within one hour of calling, Aaron, Andy, Matt, Jorge, and Brandon were there taking care of the problem. They were kind, efficient, and extremely helpful with answering questions and calming my frazzled nerves. They communicated to us what was happening throughout each step of the process. We are so grateful for their expertise and would recommend them highly!

Penco did a fantastic job! The entire team was very responsive and so helpful. There were all very conscientious while we lived through the remediation work and went out of their way to help us. I will definitely be using them for any future restoration work and will refer them to my many clients as I work in the residential real estate industry. Matt, Andy, Brandon, Aaron and Jorge were all great!!! Give them all a raise!

Matt and team did a great job of accessing our water leak and damage. They came out immediately to begin the remediation process. All team members were polite and courteous, and very quick to respond. We thought the pricing was fair and would recommend their service.

We can’t thank Matt enough for guiding us through our recent mold issue. He and the PENCO team have helped our family a few times now, and every experience has been positive. They treat us with kindness, patience, and genuine care, which means so much during stressful situations. We’re truly grateful for their support!

Rapid Restoration does amazing work. I had a different restoration company come to my house and provide a quote to fix the damage from a water leak I had. I then had Rapid Restoration come out and give a second opinion. Tracy came to my house and went over in detail all the things missing in the other companies estimate. Tracy was able to get me the max amount of items covered that my insurance company would allow. When the insurance company came back and said they wouldn't cover certain things, Tracy was able to justify why it was needed. They started the work within a week of the estimate being approved by my insurance company. Justin was the PM from rapid restoration and he was very responsive. Any question I had, he was quick to respond and came to my house multiple times to ensure the work was getting done. I had to go out of town for 10 days and he ensured the work was complete by the time I got back. Greg was my contractor and he did an awesome job. I can't say enough good things about Rapid Restoration and their professionalism. I know who I am calling if I have ever have an issue with my house again.

We have used Matt twice, once for water damage a couple of years ago and now for smoke damage. Very professional, prompt, top notch follow through and correspondence also highly satisfied with the results of both services rendered. Highly recommend!!
