I recently had a water leak in my bathroom, and I can't say enough good things about the restoration company I hired. Unfortunately, we had a pipe break in our master bathroom which flooded the bathroom, Master Bedroom, Master Closet and adjoining bedroom and closet. We called Pinnacle Restoration and they immediately responded. I highly recommend the Pinnacle! They first completely dried the areas effected. Once this was done, they replaced the carpet, which was completely destroyed. They did a great job of cleaning up afterward. Their staff is extremely professional and friendly. They worked hard and did a great job of communicating with our insurance company. Again, I highly recommend Pinnacle Restoration.

We had a water leak late on a Saturday night.They showed up quickly to help us move furniture out of the flooded area. Then set up dryers to reduce the damage. They knew exactly what had to be done to prevent mold and removed damaged sheet rock and carpet. They also helped me find the source of the leak and get it shut off. The worked with my insurance company to estimate the cost of repairs and did a beautiful job of restoring the damaged rooms to even better than before condition. I really appreciate all they did to fix my house and minimize the impact of this flood.

Great amazing company! Definitely recommend. We had water damage in our master restroom. The damage touched areas that are adjacent to the entire house. I was freaking out because I’ve never really dealt with something like this before. I reached out to a few restoration companies. Pinnacle was my choice for a variety of reasons. They walked me through everything. and explained everything that will happen because of the extension of the damage. Mentioned they also had a construction company and in no way was I required to go with them if I used them for restoration. I asked for a couple of reference of jobs they had completed and I liked what I saw. But what shocked me was their professionalism in this entire process. Punctual, communicative, informative and extremely patient with us. I know how difficult I can be but they were just amazing throughout it all. They are still working on our home right now but their progress is just amazing! Would definitely recommend and use again if the need ever arises!!!
