We have a very positive and happy experience with 911 Restoration. Violet, Robert, Dino, and Oscar were our contact people, and they were all courteous and friendly. The were very hardworking and professional as well. Violet kept us updated and always return our calls. Overall, their job was very well done, and I would recommend them to anyone.

We were so thankful to have Dino come to our house and fix our kitchen flooring. This process can be very stressful and his calm demeanor allowed us to relax through the stressful process. Dino was always on time and very communicative and so was his team. Thank you very much, would definitely recommend to anyone who needs home servicing!

I discovered a wet spot on my carpet that wouldn't dry up , I assumed it was my dog peeing in the same spot , until I figured omgosh I think our bathroom pipe got a leak , so I called my insurance and they assisted us with 911 Restoration, they came very quick Robert helped us out very well , and questions we had he answered., a few days later Robert came back packed wrapped up all our living room furniture took it to the storages with a few help of his guys ,covered up anything exposing in the area. Took apart the carpet since it got damaged also removed the dry wall due to it being moist with some mold . Robert did a very great job we are very satisfied how he left everything covered and clean and well prepared thank you so much for your help .

I am thoroughly impressed with 911 Restoration! From the first phone call from Violet to the parting words of Dino and Robert, the entire crew made a stressful situation more enjoyable. Flavio and Cesar were extremely hard-working and professional as they rebuilt a water-damaged dining room and living room. Their supervisor, Eddie, said the work would be completed in five days and that's exactly what happened. And work they did! Dino and Robert were superb in carefully moving the items from these rooms and then gingerly moving them back. Merlin and Violet were great at keeping us updated on the insurance details. All were nice people too and easy to talk with! Thank you for your help crew, we appreciate it! 🙂

911 Restoration of Southeast LA completed the remediation of my home after it received smoke damage during the recent wildfire. My main contact was Violet. She was incredibly organized, helpful and patient throughout. The job involved every part of my home and all of the contents, so it was a huge undertaking. Robert and his crew conducted all of the routine cleaning, and 911 also made the arrangements for the specialty items, such as art, attic insulation, and piano. On top of all this, Violet worked with my insurance company to ensure a fair resolution of my claim.

I was very pleased with the services I received from 911 restorations. Dino was amazing and very knowledgeable about the whole process. From the restoration to the packing and unpacking everything was very pleasant. Thanks a lot.
