Jeff and his team were highly responsive and immediately came out to help us. They did everything, even boxing up the items in our cabinets for us. If you have a leak Voda is the only company I’d call.

We used Voda’s professional services on June 4, 2025, for mold removal and remediation. Such a bummer to have discovered mold behind two shower enclosures while we were remodeling, but Voda came in and saved the day so we didn’t fall too far behind schedule with the remainder of trades needed to finish remodeling! (And, thankfully for us, the mold was caused by tile not being sealed in the shower niche where shampoo/bottles/soaps are placed - the mold wasn’t from a plumbing issue.) One thing we found out while searching for a mold remediation company is that pricing is all over the place here in the East Valley. And after speaking with a few realtors, it became clear that not everyone can be trusted to do the work well. For our specific situation, we weren’t sure if the mold had spread under the concrete floor of the showers. Two other companies said there was no need to remove the concrete flooring; however, Voda’s estimator video conferenced with his remediation crew during the free-estimate-walkthrough and they were certain it needed to be removed in both showers. Voda was right - the concrete shower floors needed to be removed so the subfloor could also be treated. Voda was not the least expensive, but they were the most thorough and inclusive of all work needed to be done — and when dealing with mold removal/remediation, as a homeowner, you want to know it’s gone. Voda’s workers are certified and they treat your home as if it was their own (possibly even better because it was incredibly clean when they left!). Also, an unrelated, third party environmental company tested the two shower areas after Voda was finished — and our shower areas passed the tests! Voda works with insurance companies to help you if you have a claim, and they also work directly with homeowners (like us) when it’s not covered by insurance. Given Voda’s other excellent reviews online, we can agree with all the other 5-star reviews. We highly recommended Voda’s professional services!

I chose Voda Cleaning and Restoration not having much time to research. I did (however) google their reviews and customer feedback and was reassured by the 5 star reviews with SO many satisfied customers. I took confidence in that and made the call. Jeff (company President) answered my frantic call on a Sunday offering an immediate house call. He was professional and reassuring; answering all of my questions. Francisco: manager came to our home, gave us a concise estimate and waited patiently as my husband was on the phone with our State Farm insurance agent. We were encouraged to get another bid for the mitigation. We complied and Francisco willingly left his equipment despite our lack of commitment. Because of Francisco’s professionalism, knowledge and commitment to being OUR advocate, we ultimately went with Voda. I now fully appreciate this company’s raving reviews. The work was completed in a timely and comprehensive manner. Francisco’s daily communication, showing up when he said he would and top notch work in our home are deserving of (yet another) 5 star GLOWING review for Voda! This was my first home and my very first time dealing with any kind of water damage, so I honestly had no idea where to start. I found Voda Restoration through a quick Google search, and I’m so glad I did. From the beginning, Jeff went out of his way to walk me through every step of the process and explain what to expect. Nobody wants to have a water leak in the ceiling, but life happens. It is much easier to deal with such stressful situation with true proffesionals by your side. I had an excellent experience with Voda water restoration company and it's owner Jeff. From the moment I called, Jeff was proffesional, responsive, and compassionate. He was there for me every step of the process. The crew worked efficiently to remove the water leak, dry out the effected areas and prevent further damage. Jeff also dealt with home insurance adjuster, which gave me peace of mind during very stressful situation. Jeff and his company truly go above and beyond for their customers.

Voda is an amazing company! We cannot recommend them highly enough! The house we are trying to sell had old - and I mean OLD - residual cigarette smoking issues. The original owners - who lived there 20 years - smoked all over the house. Four years later, after removing furniture and closing up the house, the old odor began seeping out to the point that prospective buyers were turned off by the smell. Our attempts to mitigate it ourselves did nothing. Finally we called Voda after reading many positive reviews. We were impressed from the start with Sandra's friendliness and obvious expertise about our issues. We hired Voda, and they went right to work first cleaning the vents and then doing a complete scrub down of EVERYTHING, followed by thermal fogging and Ozone treatment. Our old tile floor was polished and cleaned. But that was not all they did. They also brought in a handyman to fix several issues such as broken blinds, missing toilet paper holder and missing lights. On their suggestion we hired a window cleaner who polished the outside windows to a sparkling shine. Communication was A++++ with Sandra who answered all our questions within minutes. And best of all: the house no longer smells! We are now hopeful that we can sell it. Thank you, Voda!

Jeff came out the same day I called . He was very knowledgeable and thorough in his assessment of where I had water damage. Francisco came out with a crew who did all the mitigation in a very timely manner. They came out every day to check the moisture levels. I would recommend this company if you experience any need for them!
