This is our second time working with United Water Restoration, and another great experience from start to finish. Their customer service is awesome and the team that showed up to mitigate was professional, informative, efficient and friendly. They answered our call quickly and were able to fit us in same day for mitigation, our house is now completely dry with zero moisture. Highly recommend!

We had a water leak and once we got the leak fixed we realized we had more than a simple drywall repair needed due to all of the moisture. Had a great experience with United Water Restoration Group today. We had an upstairs toilet leak this morning, and were concerned about water damage. The team was super friendly on the phone and sent out a friendly technician the same day. They actually advised that we did not need to take any action, which was refreshing to feel like I was not being upsold! Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

United Water was fantastic! We called in Chapel Hill for a true emergency with the Chantal flooding to help a disabled friend. God Bless Them: they got someone there that very morning to assess the situation. They told us of the concerns and that was enough to understand the damage to walls, floors and appliances. They followed the next morning with a written summation which we quoted when we contacted the county/local on line help site link. With that professional assessment, we got an immediate visit from the disaster relief officials. They sent out a volunteer team the following morning to help remove saveable items from the house.
