We used their services for a water leak repair. The leak extended from the third floor down to the garage, and the repairs turned out to be a bigger job than we initially expected. As it was our first time going through something like this, we had many concerns — but they handled everything smoothly, from arranging movers for our furniture to coordinating with the insurance company. Everything was done professionally, and we were able to leave it all in their hands with peace of mind. The project was completed pretty much on schedule, and the finished result is actually even better than before — we’re really happy with it! They also took care of the little things we asked for without hesitation, and we’re so grateful for that. The entire team was fantastic — thank you all so much!

We were very pleased with our experience with Quality Restoration. After my dishwasher caused huge water damage in our kitchen, our insurance agent recommended Mr. Wang’s company and we had a very good experience from start to finish. They are very kind and professional. Specially, we want to thank Luis and the team. Luis gave many suggestions when we couldn't decide what to choose, contacted us frequently, and he even gave us a phone call at 10 PM when we had some questions. Steve, Luis and the crew were very patient while I changed the scope of work at nearly every turn. Usually it was on the suggestion that they made that greatly improved the finished project--a major face-lift of a 30 y/o house that had much of the original flooring--carpeting and vinyl, and repair damage caused by leaky garage roof deck. I highly recommend them.

SUBGRADE WORKMANSHIP LOUSY PR, DISRESPECTFUL TO RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY. AVOID THIS OUTFIT! Trashed my Highspeed fiber-optic box in their trash! Ripped live wires out of wall and left exposed hot wires. Trash and debris left outside with nails in driveway.

Fabulous customer service; attention to detail; and practical knowledge what to customize vs. what to purchase off-the-shelf. I used Quality Restoration Services for a major insurance claim water leak, supplemented with some kitchen and bathroom upgrades. Steve and Luis worked with the claims adjuster, so I didn't have to worry about the insurance portion of the work. They promptly completed all paperwork necessary for mortgage company escrow of insurance settlement funds. At the start of reconstruction, they worked with me to establish themes for floor coverings, bathrooms, and walls. They stayed one step ahead of me throughout the process, making sure I made more detailed decisions to support the reconstruction schedule. They have a keen knowledge of contemporary trends in flooring, wall finishes and fixturing. And they very professionally walk the line between respecting your preferences vs. making recommendations. When they encounter obstacles, they have a variety of mechanical and electrical resources available to provide solutions. And when they find a more cost-effective solution (in my case, using off-the-shelf vanities instead of custom ones), they propose it. They are very detail-oriented, and insist on doing touch-up work to high standards. Most importantly, they are great to work with. They always respond promptly to all questions about in-process work. And if you propose changes, they will price it but also give you their perspective how much value they add. I strongly recommend them to potential clients, and would use them again (though hopefully I won't have another water leak!)
