AVOID THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give a lower rating I would. First floor remodel including full kitchen outback from insurance claim has been a COMPLETE DISASTER. Project started in February 2024 with a completion date of mid May quoted. It’s now early September and our home is in a worse condition than when they started. What’s been done is mostly done wrong and we’re stuck living with what’s installed being "roughed in". Incompetent project management sub contractors have resulted in 3 separate attempts to install new flooring to the point the entire floor must be torn out and replaced. They cut into a large cardboard box in my garage for my business to use it to level the flooring. Oven cabinet and all but two of 18 cabinet doors need replaced. One upper cabinet is installed inverted and several cabinets were installed damaged or damaged by the installers. Three projected completion dates have been missed and now the company has ABANDONED the job for over two months and will not return calls or emails after the OWNER, Tom Hudepohl reviewed the issues and PROMISED to resolve them promptly. A closer review of the quote also revealed numerous overcharges and redundant charges for customer purchased items or items quoted that were never delivered. Hudepohl is clearly in breach of contract and our only option looks to be one of litigation at this point. **UPDATE** 10.17.24 still haven’t heard from Hudepohl Restoration. Found out that a third party company who guarantees their work (Contractor Connection) was never informed they got the job. So basically it appears they take the insurance money, trash your house and run. Apparently this has been the case for the past two years. Not only disgraceful, but a completely fraudulent company as well.

Our insurance recommended Hudepohl to us when we had a frozen pipe burst in 2022. At the time we were devastated that most of our basement was under water. Hudepohl was a God send. From water mitigation to mold treatment to the restoration, the team took care of it all expertly. Logan managed our restoration and the end result is truly incredible and a vast improvement to what we had previously. They were transparent with cost and timelines and provided expert workmanship. Highly recommend in any situation.

Avoid this company at all costs. We experienced a fire in our garage in January of 2023. Hudepohl was assigned by our insurance company. The employee's threw away items which we specifically told them not to. They damaged our HVAC vents during demolition and did not repair them, instead they just re-drywalled over top and pretended nothing happened. I hired a certified HVAC tech, he confirmed that our vents were damaged and it was not due to natural causes. Our breaker panel in the garage was never cleaned and is still covered in soot. I notified Tom Hudepohl of the damaged HVAC vents, he came to our home and cut holes in the drywall and then left. Did not fix the HVAC vents, did not repair the drywall. Here we are in November of 2024, still have a giant hole in my garage drywall with an HVAC system that is not properly heating our home as winter approaches.Tom Hudepohl now refuses to answer any calls or texts. A 3rd party is now involved and he refuses to answer them as well. Everything we have experienced is down right criminal and the company owner refuses to take any responsibility.

We had storm damage to our sunroom. Hudepohl Restoration totally rebuilt our room, making it better than before. They were very neat, cleaned up each day when they finished and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The work was professionally completed. They did an amazing job. I will definitely use them again.

I had the pleasure of working with Logan on a restoration of my garage and outdoor staircase. I could not be more please with the quality of the work. Logan was excellent to deal with, and I would recommend them to anyone!

DO NOT HIRE! I worked with this company a few years ago and before we "settled with insurance" they said that would discount my price and inspect their work. I never received the discounted payment they owed me, and no one came to inspect the flooring that was installed incorrectly. Two years later, the floor boards have all cracked and are ruined (because they installed them incorrectly and refused to inspect or stand by their work). It was a nightmare to work with this company! They are horrible. They do not do satisfactory work and won’t stand behind it when they screw up!

In January 2024, we had a house fire and our insurance sent out Hudepohl Restoration. At first we were impressed with their communication, quick response and overall customer service. Their company slogan "let us be the calm after your storm" soon became more like a tornado after a hurricane. I could write a novel on their unprofessional conduct and subpar work, but the biggest concern was the missing contents from our garage. We were promised multiple times our belongings would be returned , regardless of the condition , but were not. To make matters worse, the contents taken were thrown into the trash without being properly accounted for insurance claims. As of now, no one has given us a solution. Customer beware. ****EDIT**** The saga continues with this company. While replacing our drywall, they knocked down 2 HVAC ducts in our garage. It was quickly pointed out to the crew and the projector manager. We were told it would he fixed before sealing the wall. A month later, we noticed condensation in the corner of our garage. We contacted a HVAC company who scoped the ducts and quickly realized they sealed the wall without putting the ducts back together. We contacted the owner, Tom Hudepohl, who personally came to our home. He cut a hole in our wall, admitted guilt, and told us someone would come in the morning to fix it. The gentleman that came out said he couldn't fix it , and Tom Hudepohl then retracted his statements, blaming it on how the ducts were built. The man literally cut a hole in our wall and disappeared. Our insurance company reopened the claim and sent out a third party to do an investigation. Hudepohl has not returned their emails or phone calls. It's is mid November, and we have been without both air conditioning and heat in the upstairs of our home. To make matters worse, we have a newborn and temperatures at night have been in the low 30s. What this company has done and continues to do is criminal damage. I implore you to stay away for Hudepohl Restoration.
