JSR Group completed a mold remediation service and encapsulated our crawlspace. From scheduling the initial inspection, to having the work completed, I very much appreciated the professionalism and quality of service. Liz sent out a great crew to complete the work and I would have no hesitation about having them do additional work if ever needed.

JRS group was assigned to my new home purchase for a complete gut out of 2 bathrooms. Due to mold and moisture damage, Liz and her crew worked around the clock to ensure the job was done right!! Good morning, This a review of JSR Group LLC handling of a complete removal and installation of our upstairs HVAC ducting. We were very pleased with Liz’s timely communications and professionalism, detailed quote explanation of the projected repair tasks and timeline, and her crew’s superb repair work. I initially contacted Liz for a Mold remediation quote. After her recommendation for an inspection of our roof for any damages. It was determined our main HVAC duct in the attic was damaged and need to be replaced. Because the original duct was not suspended above the ceiling. It was left to lie on the ceiling of each room in the attic. Also, there were some sharp bends in some of the duct off shoots that restricted the flow of air into a couple of the upstairs room. The HVAC duct replacement brought the upstairs duct work into code and improved the airflow in the upstairs rooms. JSR Group deserves a 5 Star rating due to; - Fair pricing compared to competing quotes. - Liz’s professionalism and attention to detail. She was very transparent and up front when answering questions and concerns. She did provided information a timely manner either text message, email or a phone call. Plus, she was quick to update us if there was going to be a delay and when to expect her team member arrival. Due to her fore thought about the roof inspection, we were able to locate the HVAC duct issue, plus, determine the house had suffered hail damage. The hail damage was a huge fine and being taken covered by insurance. - Jose and his crew’s attention to detail and clean up, plus, putting in the time and effort to complete the full replacement and installation within a day. His crew did a fabulous job of installing the new duct work and hanging the duct in a correct manner. We noticed a significant improvement in the air flow and quality in our upstairs rooms. - Douglas’s attention to detail and clean up, his repair of some drywall damage (me almost putting my foot through the ceiling) was excellent work. His repair work blends in very well with the exiting ceiling. Plus, his enclosure of the upright portion of the duct work is seamless. Thank you Very respectfully Oscar Frausto

JSR removed some mold from our vaulted great room ceiling. It was sort of a tricky situation as the ceiling is a tongue and groove hard wood surface. They were prompt with their responses to any questions we had and their estimate was timely and held no hidden fees. They showed up when they said they would and were total professionals from the get go. Kudos to JSR!!!!

JSR was on point. Emergency, last-minute call and they were responsive, professional, and flexible. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat!
