Very happy with the work we had done by Green Home Solutions. Scheduling was easy. They came and delivered a free and fair estimate and were able to get me scheduled less than a week later. The team was there almost a full day cleaning my basement ceiling, and now it looks beautiful and clean. They far exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend their mold removal service.

He was always available, picking up the phone every time I reached out with updates or questions—always friendly and professional. Their pricing was highly competitive compared to every major renovation and remediation company we contacted. Plus, they were able to start the work within a week! We worked with Rick and Manzoor- Great team! 10/10—highly recommend for any home remediation or renovation projects, big or small!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I scheduled to have them perform mold testing at my house. The first day they were scheduled to come they called me 3 minutes before the appointment and cancelled saying they had only just then noticed their tests were cancelled. Mind you they had almost a weeks notice to check that but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for later in the week. The second time they no-call-no-show on me so I call the figure out what's going on. I try to reschedule again and get the run around and they want me to take a 3rd day off work for them. I would never use them again and would warm others that they are flakey at best.

We have used Green Home two times in the last 6 months. I am two weeks away from having a baby and we found black mold in our home. My husband called on Labor Day and by 830 the next day they called and sent someone out the same day. Within 2 days, they had cleared out the area. Their urgency and customer service is phenomenal.
