From start to finish, the Providence Restoration team was excellent to work with - great communication and quick & quality work throughout the project. After a bad storm in Charlotte, our basement flooded and we were in desperate need of immediate mitigation work/assessment as well as repairs. Providence sent someone out the same day, turned around their findings and estimate and lined up their restoration team to complete the project in a week which helped minimize additional moisture damage. It's worth noting we called several companies to come out on the same day to assess the damage and provide a recommendation and Providence was the only team who provided an honest evaluation - never trying to get us to do more than we needed, which was very appreciative during a stressful time. Communication throughout was also incredible - proactively providing updates each day to inform us of next steps, what to expect and when the team would be arriving made it a seamless experience. The team always cleaned up well after the projects and you cannot even tell we had a flooded basement with the quality of work that was completed during the restoration process. HIGHLY recommend this company - especially in the Charlotte area! Thank you again to the team we worked with - Lucas, Andrew, Dennis, Jim and Amy could not have been more helpful, professional and communicative throughout our experience!!

I called Providence for some restoration work in my home after a broken pipe did quite a bit of damage. London came out and checked it the Friday before Labor day and they were out here working the day after Labor day. They finished restoring two rooms in a week's time. Everything looks beautiful and is working again. London kept in touch with me to make sure everything was going well. All of the guys that worked on my house were very friendly and knew what they were doing. If I ever have a problem again they will be the first ones I call.

My experience so far with Providence Restoration has been great! I had a dishwasher leak and their plumbing and restoration department have been helping me. Lucas has been very thorough when explaining things and he has been very quick to follow up. All the technicians that have been a part of the process have been very professional as well! Thank you Antonio, Cameron, Mark & Lucas! We still have a ways to go on my home repair & I’ll update my review when all is done.

I needed last minute inspection request completed. I was confused because I did not know what I was doing. Ms. Amy and Lucus were patient with me and provided excellent customer service. I am very impressed with their communication and how quick they were to respond to get the inspection request completed. I also want to thank Antonio, Javier, and Sylvia for calling to let me know when they arrived and when the job was completed. Providence Restoration provides excellent quality of work. Providence Restoration was an absolute delight to work with! Jim our Project Manager stayed on top of everything and kept me informed . They are a one stop service which was exactly what I needed working full time. They took care of everything - the water cleanup/mold, taking up floors, install new floors, painting, drywall, moving my furniture out while work was being done. I could not have done this without them! Tony with Carefree Carpet and his contractors were fantastic ! Norman’s Paint and Construction - also wonderful!

Our experience with Providence Restoration was horrible. They didn’t complete the full work leaving a light fixture uninstalled, damaged brand new $2,000 countertops, installed the wood on the outside of our house incorrectly, left a pile of debris on my front porch for two weeks after the job was "complete", installed the kitchen island crooked, and lied to us about filing an insurance claim. And for all this, they gave an $80 credit for not installing the light fixture on our $21,000 invoice. I highly suggest anyone reading this review to avoid this company at all cost.

The whole team did a great job from start to finish. We had a tree fall on our house with water damage. They had a crew out to us in less than two hours and our house was tarped before night. Chris did a great job throughout the repair process, always available and reliable. Highly recommend!
