I'm not exactly sure who is supposed to get the blame for what happened with our house. Our hot water tank burst and flooded through a wall, into our bathroom and into our vents. We called them to come clean up and clear our the vents. They tore up our floor, cut part of the wall out, saw that there was mold and claimed that they were told to leave. They came out almost a week later to finish tearing up the bathroom and carpet in our hallway, but never cleaned the vents out. Instead of cutting out parts that were moldy, they offered a "mold removal" service at the cost of $2000. Again, not exactly sure who was at fault or who was pulling the strings on what they were or weren't allowed to do. But, our insurance company wasn't pleased with their "work" either. I'd recommend looking anywhere else first.

My insurance company called them to come get rid of the mold and water damage in my house from pipes bursting in the wall. They did come after hours the first time but they weren't exactly professional, they made it known that they didn't want to be there. They didn't check the one problem area to see if there was water damage. They also left their dehumidifiers in my house running for a week without telling us when to stop them. They were supposed to come back the next day and they never did. I had to call them to ask when they were coming back and how long I would need to run the dehumidifiers, and they said til the insurance gets back to them. The 2 gentlemen that came after that to look at the mold, and brought fans to dry the area a week later, they were very kind, professional and very communicative with when they were coming to the house. The reason I'm giving a 1 star is fhe initial interaction/impression I received within the first week and the fact that there is STILL mold in my home. They didn't get rid of it all and now we have to try to get rid of the rest which is very hard for us to do with cleaner we bought from Lowes. There is still mold in my house, so the issue was not entirely fixed.

Instead of using water extractor and cleaning machine on four large custom bound area rugs which were high quality, servicemaster crew rolled them took them and said they would be dried cleaned and returned. They disappeared saying they were "claimed" as a loss. Never. Liars and opportunists who take what they like for their own purposes or resale. I did not choose this company my insurance company did. DO NOT HIRE JUST IN TIME Connellsville pa. There are more reasons . Quickest fastest fix. Poor results.

The unprofessionalism of some of the staff is unfathomable. They do not take ownership of their mistakes. *The production manager became very combative when things that were overlooked were brought to her attention. *They were asked to wait at our house for us to return home so we could discuss the problems and they tried to sneak out the front door while we were walking in the back. They truly didn't seem to know what they were doing. *Drying was delayed several days in some areas because not all areas of possible damage were even evaluated. *We were actually accused by the manager of dumping water on dry areas after they left, even though those areas were never tested for moisture. THE MANAGER said, "I tested those areas with your wife standing there". Guess what... a lie. *New company came in and found 6 areas of additional wetness. Long story short... I wouldn't trust them. Forget about being able to have a conversation with the manager. She won't look you in the eyes and she won't be able to answer your questions.

They were very professional and efficient. On time and called before coming.

We had a house fire on a Saturday that need boarded up right away. They were able to get the crew and materials together and drive an hour and a half to help us out. Great communication and service!

They arrived 2 hours earlier than they said which we were not expecting then only spent 15 minutes scrubbing livingroom. Did not address high traffic area. Very disappointed in the job and quality. For what we paid we expected a little more. Will never use this company again!
