SERVPRO of Coon Rapids/Central Anoka County

We had a pretty extensive flood in our house, where water went from the top floor, down to the main level, and ended up in the basement. Floors, ceilings and walls were affected on multiple levels. ServPro was called at 8:30am and by 10:00am, Curtis, Tony and Hector showed up. Right when they arrived, they were using the moisture meters within minutes. I was shocked at the technology- how quickly they could map my house and show exactly where water was detected and lingering. By 10:40 drying fans were all in place, and demo started within an hour! They removed a ceiling and 2 walls by mid-afternoon. I was very pleased with how well this team worked together, and how great Curtis lead and guided his team with who does what, when! They were very polite, very accommodating, and overall, great people! Guests were staying at our home when the flood occurred, so there were more people to navigate around than usual, but it didn’t throw them at all. They were also great with the pets in the home. I would hire this company again, if ever in an emergency situation! Ask for Cutis, Tony and Hector!

Highly recommend-Curtis and his crew Antonio and Allen. They were very professional and thorough. They were ontime and explained everything in detail. They offered to help me with moving and clearing things out. This crew was great during this stressful & displaced time for our family. Thank you ALL!! *leak was in upstairs bathroom that caused damage in downstairs bathroom & kitchen. Servpro came within hours.

I would like to thank Colton, Wazzy and Doc for the remediation work they did. Having water flood your kitchen hardwood floors and go through to your finished basement is a nerve wracking experience. From the start of the process they explained what they would be doing and kept us informed as they did their work. Their communication to us was excellent. If I had a question I got a quick and complete response. While having this happen is not a good experience working with these young men was positive. I’m retired now but previously managed a department with a staff of over 100. I did enjoy watching these three young men worked well together. Their communication skills were excellent, their team communication also appeared excellent and they were friendly. I would recommend this team to anyone needing this service. I hope your restoration service is as good.
