The manager and the team were incredible. We had a leak in the laundry which traveled to a bedroom which saturated the carpet. The technicians reassured and gave us peace of mind that everything fixable without any major damage. We would highly recommend them.

I had an unfortunate flood in my apartment. Within thirty minutes of calling my insurer the team at this company were on the way arriving within an hour. The service delivered and care taken was higher than my expectations. The apartment took several days to dry out with the equipment inside and I was kept informed on a regular basis of their arrival each day for checking and adjusting. The entire flooding ordeal was not the best to experience but the technician and his team made it far easier and comfortable seeing the job through til the end and allowing time for me to inspect the restoration over a few days. The procedure was streamlined and expedited because to the excellent service. This business provided exceptional care for both of my houses, which were badly damaged during the ice storm. They are great, and if I ever need to use them again, I will. I'm praying it won't be necessary! I love that engineers own and run them because it greatly improved the efficiency of my projects!

The manager very thoroughly inspected our home for water damage in the ceilings and wet spots in the concrete added to level our floors. Thank goodness he did because the concrete was still very wet and not ready for the floors to be installed. If not for him the floors would have been installed over wet concrete! He also found wet spots in the ceilings. He was friendly and informative and really knows his business. We look forward to working with them to correct the wet spots. Thank you guys!

I hired a water damage restoration company to handle a project, but they clearly lacked the expertise and care needed for the job. The work was sloppy, and they seemed more interested in getting paid than doing the job right. Not recommended.

The water damage restoration company I hired was a nightmare to work with. They showed up late, didn't follow through on promises, and left my property in a mess. The work they did was subpar, and I'm still dealing with issues months later. Avoid them at all costs.

The plumber was kind and respectful. They always wore their protective shoe gear and mask to avoid bringing dirt inside my house. They worked hard and didn't let up until they were sure that the leaks had stopped. Very professional
