Had great experience with RR installing my "customer provided" garbage disposal... Technician Jackson was timely, and listed thoroughly to my description of the problem... He gave me updates along the way, and provided the necessary supplements to what I DIDN'T buy to complete the job.. So far so good on the install of new disposal. Mr. Jackson did an amazing job helping me to understand issues that will keep disposal running properly moving forward... Great service, good price. Will use again.

Call Roto Rooter late Tuesday night they had Service Tech Thomas out to my house be noon the following day. Thomas fixed my shut off valve issue and replaced my kitchen faucet. Thomas was pleasant to work with and very efficient.
