These gentleman did a wonderful job for us at the Dept of Children, Youth and Families. Adrion, Tyler, and Stefan were extremely thorough, efficient, professional, kind and friendly. Bri and Adrion just left here and they were fabulous! Called ahead to let us know they were on their way, super pleasant, patient, and helpful! They explained everything and definitely made the plumber's job much more obvious! They were referred through insurance so we never met before, but we will call them (and request them specifically) for any future needs and you should too! Fire, smoke, water, mold, biohazard... and much more. Their work ethic is amazing and they were incredibly respectful of our belongings and were very neat and clean with the job! I recently used PuroClean for minor water damage in my kitchen and basement due to a plumbing issue, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. From the start, Adrion and Bri were fantastic — they patiently answered all my questions, explained each step of the process, and made sure I understood everything from start to finish. Their professionalism and kindness made the whole experience much less stressful. Stephanie, who handled my call, was also great — friendly, efficient, and quick to schedule my appointment while answering all my initial questions. The owner, Chris, came out personally to do the initial inspection. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Wow! A tree fell on the roof during a wind storm on July 3, 2025. There was water and the tree in the attic. The company worked on the 4th of July to help us avoid mold and excessive problems. They set up dehumidifiers and air scrubbers. They removed all of the wet insulation and attic debris. Hunter was on the spot and fully engaged in making our worries disappear. He is a great asset to the company and deserves high kudos from me and my husband. Thank you Puroclean.

If I could give a zero I would!!!!!!! Recommended by insurance company to repair an exterior wall that was exposed inside from rot they CUT the load bearing wall studs and attached the new ones to the ones they cut and the wall isn’t attached at the top!!! The whole wall shakes and is BOWED OUT…they didn’t put a temporary wall either to support the weight of the roof on the load bearing wall and the bottom of the studs are supported by our electrical wires!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND NOT SAFE

From the day PuroClean started the water mitigation until they were finished, I couldn’t have asked for better service! Bri and Honor told me what they were doing and why. They explained everything . I would recommend PuroClean hesitation!

On Oct. 4th we discovered that the sewer main had leaked all over our basement floor. Our homeowner's insurance contacted PuroClean of RI to help us with mitigation, after we had done some of it ourselves. Stephan and Adron came out and set up a big dehumidifier and an air scrubbing machine. They moved a bunch of stuff out of our basement and ripped up the laminate faux wood flooring in the office area. When they did that, they discovered a lot of moisture had been trapped under the flooring. They sprayed the areas with fungicide and brought in some industrial fans to help dry things up. We also learned that the old vinyl flooring in 3/4 of the basement has asbestos in it and would need to be removed before plumbing repairs could be done. Some of it was actually under the white tiles in our laundry room. The short video is water squishing up between the tiles. What a mess! A couple days later Stephan and Hunter came back and deconstructed all the wood shelving, two workbenches and a couple wall sections in preparation for the abatement crew. In between mitigation and deconstruction, Chris came out to start the estimate process for rebuilding our basement. He had a cool camera that took 360-degree photos of every room and created blueprints from them. He too was very professional and easy going during a stressful situation and we appreciate his attention to detail. We're also pleased with how quickly each step of the process has gone so far. Overall, we were very impressed and happy with how professional and upbeat Stephan, Adron and Hunter were, as well as, how quickly and hard they all worked. Their easy going and positive attitudes made a difficult situation a lot more bearable. We look forward to working with them again after our basement is rebuilt.
