Parnell and the team were very responsive and straight to point when it came to getting my crawl space mold removal done. We wanted to refinance our HELOC to a fixed rate mortgage. But, since the inspector found water stains from some old damage to the house, the underwriter required that we go through a mold removal process. Parnell is the one that the loan company recommended. I got a few other quotes but his was the lowest and most straightforward. Some of the other companies talked about replacing walls, etc., which was beyond what we needed for this project. Parnell explained the steps that were needed and referred us to the company that would need to do the second step (clean and sanitize the ducts). Encapsulation of the crawl space wasn’t part of the requirements from the underwriter, but Parnell was able to add it to his quote and still beat the other companies. They did a great job and came back to fix a duct that had been knocked loose. When the job was finished, Parnell was also very flexible about providing what the underwriter needed. The letter had to be worded a specific way, and he was happy to sign the version that our loan processor wrote up.
