Best One Restoration

Will change review AFTER we see what this company will want to do after they sent a worker to put a tarp on my roof, Once inside my home the worker showed me a plastic clip that holds down the tarp to avoid holes in my shingles, But upon them coming down from the roof, THEY USED ACTUAL STAPLES THAT PIERCED THROUGH MY SHINGLES AND UNDERLAYMENT RUSTING OUT Causing more damage than actually helping. Have not had a chance to successfully speak to someone there since they like to let their phones ring (Ive called an absurd amount of times) For a company that is "4" stars? They like to hid and am giving them the chance to do right. * I dont see a "special clip" they used on the tarp, just staples that make holes in shingle's* PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE - And im not the type to post reviews at all. Please Be Warned 1/27/2025: Called about 20 times before someone picked up and said to call back in 20 mins and had to call back another 20 times until they ended up closing, will try again tomorrow (also still no copies of docs that were signed and given)

Is someone looking to getting a remediation for their property stay away from this company, they’re not doing anything just stealing your money or the money from the insurance company . They are a huge thieves. They charged my insurance company more than 10000 dollars for a remediation , and they left my house in the same condition , they don’t answer the phone , you can leave a voice mail because mail box is full . Stay away from this thieves.

Fraud!!! Do not use this company. They are trying to charge me $15,000 for something they their "free" inspection. They are trying to steal from my insurance company for services not rendered.
