I called the restoration company at 7 AM on a Saturday morning for a flood I had in a commercial building, they were at my job site building within two hours extraction of water, sludge and removing sheet rock removing damaged equipment. I thought they were extremely efficient quick to the job site very reactive and I appreciate that very much. They are my go to guys for emergency services as well as rebuild.

We had a cracked water fixture under our kitchen sink that damaged kitchen and downstairs bedroom. They showed up removed cabinets, sheet rock, insulation, carpeting/pad, etc, to dry out and remove moisture. After everything was dried out they came in and rebuilt everything to pre damage condition. They worked with us to upgrade our kitchen to granite counter tops and did a great job. Babu was great in working with our Insurance Co. Ronald was very helpful during this process to get us back to an operational kitchen, which by the way, looks great. This company is wonderful to work with. When the bedroom in my basement was flooded by a broken sprinkler they began work within a hour of my call. They are careful to protect areas and furniture that haven’t been damaged as they work. When they finished , the area they repaired looked like new. They were helpful in moving furniture back into the room which I considered the " extra mile". I never had to ask them to do something different or better— their work standards are top quality and I am a picky person. They worked with my insurance company so there wouldn’t be any questions about what they were doing. In other words, if I or anyone I know ever needs restoration work , Summit Restoration will be our choice.

Summit Restoration was absolutely wonderful. The pipe at my 4 story office burst and I actually called summit thinking they were a different company in a panic to get help. I'm glad I made that mistake. Babu answered and was immediately super helpful. He had his crew on the way in 15 minutes. Even the plumber was going to take at least 2 hours. Babu had his team there sucking up the water in no time! He was incredibly professional, he let me know the steps, he documented all the areas that were damaged, made a full scope of the building with measurements. Some offices were damaged and our employees belongings were in it. His team boxed up the offices with incredible care and respect. They were very communicative throughout the whole restoration and the office now looks better than before. Even though of course I do not wish for another emergency to happen, I know that if/when it does I can count on Summit.
