I want to be super clear here: Patriot Home Group is first class. And I mean that. Our sump pump failed during record rainfall and we ended up with what was probably a foot of water trapped under our house. Great experience with PHG! They showed up at 8pm on Valentines Day (a Friday!) and soon had a whole crew of guys there working to dry out the basement after a bad water leak. They were all so professional, helpful, and worked hard to prevent further damage where possible. Highly recommend!
