Our technician, Justin, replaced a non-working thermostat which controlled our upstairs zone. He cleaned and serviced our oil boiler. He tested everything to make sure all our heating zones worked properly. He was not sure about the oil/air mix and wanted it to be exactly right, so he called in two other technicians who helped with some fine adjustments. Justin was at our home for over four hours. Outstanding service! The price we paid looks high, but it includes the replacement remote thermostat.

The Falso technicians were excellent. They did a wonderful job installing my new furnace and air conditioner system. They were prompt, neat with their work, and respectful of my home. They answered all my questions and treated me like family.

I had no heat at my son‘s college house in Cortland. When I called several other local companies, they could not get out there for days. I was blown away that I had no heat and people are not set up for this when I called Faso they schedule me that day. They came out and troubleshot a fella named kodjo . This fella and the service rep Barbara where wonderful . My system although very clean and natural gas was over 20 years old. They gave me an option of replacing or repairing they had to order the blower. I was nervous. I was like oh my goodness how long is this gonna take before Thanksgiving? They called me Monday had the part came today and installed it and took care of it. I would recommend this organization to anybody.

would leave 0 stars if i could. Got an annual AC checkup, and they did not even clean the outdoor unit. my inside condenser coil froze up a week later and i have been without AC waiting for it to thaw for a day of 90 degree weather. The outdoor condenser unit was filthy and not even attempted to be cleaned. They are a JOKE!

My furnace stopped working on Thursday. My regular HVAC company couldn’t come until Saturday. The next one I called couldn’t come until Monday. Falso, my 3rd call, came out that night. They clearly explained the problem and recommended replacing my furnace - otherwise I’d be throwing good money after bad on my 20+ year old unit. They were able to come out on Saturday and replace the unit. The team was very professional and kept my house clean. I appreciate paying a little more and having the power of a bigger company with too quality service. When I’m having an issue, I want to trust I’m working with a company that can help me out asap.
