John and the team were professional, helpful, friendly, and courteous. They gave us good advice and guidance along the way, and we are very pleased with the results. We had our kitchen totally redone and the quality of the work is exceptional. We particularly appreciated the cleanup each night and the temporary sink and setup so we could still use the kitchen in the evening and on the weekends. Worker Reed was especially skilled and helpful. They were also conscientious about keeping the yard gate shut for our dog, which we really appreciated. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

We had a great experience with Clean Build Restoration in general and Kameron and Kyle specifically. They were punctual, efficient, and extremely helpful during our project. They kept me up to date with the process and were nothing but professional the whole time! Plus, they made me laugh.

Clean Build and Restore did a fabulous job remediating mold on my window seals. They not only did a though job using treatment and prevention spray but also helped me think thru longer term prevention strategies and were courteous, professional and easy to get along with. I truly recommend this company for their integrity, effectiveness and reasonable pricing. Definitely a go to company!

Kyle and his team did an incredible job cleaning the basement of our property after significant mold growth that occurred prior to us purchasing the property. I feel very confident that mold will no longer be an issue.

The craftsman was really great quality and I can tell they are ALL really committed to the home owner. John was great dealing with USAA and I'm just grateful he did so much advocacy for us. These guys showed up at 10:30pm to help my wife and four daughters out after our whole basement flooded. Everyone else told us to kick rocks but these guys showed up like Batman and Robin, worked until 1:30am, allowed my wife and kids to sleep, while they did everything they said they would. They’re still working with us now to get everything else done. They care. They know their stuff. They’re experts with compassion and empathy. All they had to hear was "pregnant mom" and thats all they (Kameron and Kyle) needed to hear. This is a rare, if not lost, form of a care. As a father and husband, this means the world to me.
