I rarely leave reviews, however, RecovaPro is most deserving of one. From beginning to the end, they have been professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and personable. We had a large amount of damage due to a storm last year (100k+). RecovaPro came in the very same day and began to assess, mitigate, and restore. What we really appreciated was that I mentioned to Levi and Elias my wife was expecting and they went out of their way and acquired organic, non toxic cleaning materials to begin the process. RecovaPro had everything down to a science. The machines and tools they used all generated tons data to provide accurate and extensive information to the insurance companies. This allowed for quick and maximum payout. Thank you RecovaPro, would 10/10 recommend.

I am the Trustee for the W. Duane Shriver Residential Trust which owns a home in Harlingen, Texas where there was a Category 3 flood on March 27, 2025. I am physically located in Ohio and was referred to Levi and RecovaPro by the Allstate Insurance office in Harlingen who had used their services for this flood as well. They are extremely knowledgeable on flood damages and subsequent mitigation services. Levi kept me informed on every step of the process all the way from removing/disposing of damaged trust property to cutting out drywall/insulation, removing all base cabinets and ultimately drying it all out. I cannot thank Levi enough - he is awesome to work with and answered all my questions and concerns.

Recovapro is awesome! They know what they’re doing, and I know I can trust them. Super helpful and easy to work with! I had a major water leak in my home and had extensive damage to my master bedroom, master bath and kitchen areas. They were quick, efficient, got the drying equipment set up and got my my rooms cleaned up within hours, including removing flooring, cabinets, and personal items that were damaged.
