Had a great experience with Pacific Rim. After having a plumber evaluate a leaking I found out I had severe water damage. Got in touch with Carter and he sent a demo team the day after inspection. Mitigation process took only 1 work day and the crew were very careful and thorough demoing the damaged area. Mark Levkiv was my project manager for recon process. Mark is very professional, knowledgeable, reliable and easy to work with. Igor lead the construction crew and he also was great to work with. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the project. Pacific Rim Restoration did a great job addressing a leak in my garage ceiling. They called ahead of time, arrived, went straight to work, and provided high-quality service. Hank and Franklin were AWESOME!! Highly recommend.

This company and the people who work there have been absolutely fantastic. I had a water leak from my HVAC pump, and they swiftly diagnosed the problem, and within days were out to start work. Stephon Reed (lead technician) in particular was awesome - he walked me through what was going on, kept me updated, basically talked me off a ledge without even knowing it. And Nehemiah, who came out to do the initial consultation, was all over it immediately - knowledgable, smart, personable. I feel amazingly taken care of! I'm still in the process of repairs, but all has been great!

Last October we had our laundry room ceiling collapse. What a mess. There was water and drywall pieces everywhere. It was due to a cooper pipe that had been leaking over the years. After having the plumbing fixed, we weren't to sure who to call, so we asked around and were given the names of two company's. We called both and set appointments. The first company that came by to give us an estimate made us feel like we were dealing with a used car salesman. We told them we had a second appointment set for the same day and would get back to them. The second company that come by was Pacific Rim CR. Right from the start, they were professional. They looked over the damage from top to bottom "we have a two story house and were worried about black mold in the rest of the area". Upon completion, they sat us down and explained every detail of the process. After giving us the estimate, they told us to call when we're ready. No pushy salesman here. After comparing the estimates and the experiences, we decided to go with Pacific Rim CR. Let me say it was the best decision we made. Upon the start of the job, it went like clock work. Actions again were explained, questions answered and the daily cleanup was outstanding. The two workers we had on our job were Remi and Ryan. I'm terrible at remembering names, and I apologize if I have their names wrong. The point is, we couldn't have asked for a better crew. We felt very comfortable around them. They were polite, sincere and professional. After all the work was done, we were given additional info on who to contact next to get our laundry room back to normal. The overall experience was outstanding and we would highly recommend Pacific Rim CR to all our friends and family. Thank you again to the two employees that we had a pleasure working with and we apologize for the late review.

I've had the very best experience working with Pacific Rim. Unfortunately, this was a reoccurring problem due to a faulty repair, so I have recent experience with another water damage company. The difference between the two couldn't be greater. From communication to the repairs, everything with Pacific Rim has been stellar and has exceeded my expectations. I had a water heater leak and through a well known home warranty team got connected to Pacific Rim for water mitigation. I must say that Hanock and Will were very mindful and applying in their work and did a nice and neat job. Importantly post mitigation the way they sealed the dry walls to withstand the interim period before Reconstruction is a worth mention(Kudos to Hanock/Will). I will surely recommend Pacific Rim to my friends.
