I hired Jose's company this month of January 2024 for asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and clean-up of my basement. Jose was very responsive, attentive, and completed the work in a very timely manner. I was so pleased with his work that I hired him again to clean-up my backyard. My backyard never looked so good. Amazing work from start to finish!!! I hired United Demo LLC to remove presumed asbestos tiles (including plywood) from the second floor and basement in our house. It was an urgent job, since we were under a tight timeline to redo our floors before we moved in. Jose exceeded our expectations. Not only was his team punctual and polite, they were extremely thorough and went above and beyond. All work areas were taped off and when the job was done, everything was left extremely clean. Even more important was their attention to detail, Jose removed some door frames and trim to make sure that all of the tiles could be removed. And in the basement, Jose not only removed tiles, but also used concrete sealant over areas where mastic had been present. Jose was very responsive and took apart our carport really quickly. We were surprised by how big our yard is. The first picture is the before demo pic. The price was also reasonable after asking a couple of other local demo companies. If you need someone to demo and clean up nicely, hire Jose!
