We had a fire in our home and Reynolds Restoration came out and helped us every step of the way. The crew of Steve, Gisell, Edwin and all the others were professional and so dedicated to what they were doing. They kept in touch with me every step of the way. We were so impressed with their work ethic. I would recommend them highly. They made a terrible situation bearable. What a great company!!

If you are looking for company to go above and beyond, look no further than Reynolds. My refrigerator waterline busted unbeknownst to us for months and it caused major damage to our hardwood flooring in the kitchen all the way to our basement walls and floor. Our insurance company hired the right people for the job. Michael came right away mapped out everything we will need and asked us our vision for our home. Nothing was too small. His crew of around 15 hard workers came in on Tuesday and finished the following Saturday. The crew worked from sun up to sundown. It was amazing! They even included a beautiful wooded accent wall! I noticed a small scratch in the wood (that probably came from putting back the fridge). I brought it to their attention and they fixed it right away. No complaints. After they finished, ladies came in to clean up and let me tell you, Ive never seen my stove so clean. I surely didn't expect it. They handled my belongings with care. I will definitely use Reynolds again. I am so incredibly happy.

Ismery and Gisell came over late in the evening to get the drying started. Steve and Gisell were here the following morning saving our carpet and removing what was unsalvageable. Everyone involved did a great job. Very thankful that things weren’t worse and they were able to get here quickly. Only thing I was a bit disappointed was my insurance company didn’t get the pictures that were taken. I think that was because I didn’t have their construction division out to give me a quote.

Steve and his crew are a great team to have after any situation involving your home. They were very informative and all I had to do is relax Steve kept me up to date on every step and things have been going very smoothly. Thanks again for all your knowledge and hospitality

Mary and her crew were absolutely amazing! Not only were they polite, but they were very thorough in the job they did. Even my daughter got excited to see Mary when she came back. Steve was also very polite, overall an amazing experience during a hectic time!
