The PuroClean team under the direction of David Acosta was outstanding. They went straight to work on April 6, 2020 to remove Biohazard material in an apartment. They filter out any smells right out of the window. They came prepared, and were diligent in their work (they didn't even take a lunch break). When they were finished, the areas were spotless, clean smelling and sanitized. WOW! WOW! The team discarded all material safely. My husband and I were very happy with the integrity of the workers and Ms. Acosta. He responded to our questions and requests in a timely manner. This was our first encounter with PuroClean and now we have scheduled another service which was also fantastic.

PuroClean took over a terrible water damage nightmare in my home when our roof drain was overwhelmed by a tornado + heavy rains last year. They brought in fans and other equipment and were extremely rapid and skilled in deployment! This occurred on 2 floors and was extensive. Their experienced technicians were polite, professional and comforting during a very messy and stressful time. David and his team were thorough, coming back again and again to ensure the moisture situation was under control and to inspect where mold was & could be present. They helped with mitigation, and the whole experience was worry-free. PuroClean was just fantastic. I felt so lucky in their very capable hands.

I had significant smoke damage in my apartment from a nearby fire and my insurance company chose Puroclean for the clean up, and I am glad they did. Daniel, the project manager, was very responsive the whole time they were cleaning the apartment, and kept me informed of everything, sharing his professional opinion. His team were tireless workers and professional in going about their job. I am finally moving back in after the necessary repairs have been completed, and looking back on everything, am very glad PuroClean was there for the clean up after the fire damage.

Feeling overwhelmed and uncertain of water damage, Axil was amazing! He was here for over 10 hours (and never left for lunch) when it was clearly a bigger job than expected. Antonio then joined to help with the bigger job. Both were courteous, informative, professional and respectful of property. These guys rock!

Threw away items without my consent before an adjuster could look at them. Items are not account for and missing. Items reapear after being questioned about there wearabouts and police intervention. My Items (new) were opened up and used by employees. They can't even provide a heater for their employees. Agent showed up at my home while it was still on fire. Fire truck chasers.
