Upon arrival, I already noticed that things were going to be positive. They were punctual and attentive to my needs and wants. Our basement was flooded and the damage was extensive. I contacted several businesses that work to remediate flood damage. I have to give a big shout out to Island Emergency Disaster thank you guys for giving our peace of mind back. Last winter we had a heavy rain storm unfortunately part of our living room roof fell in damaging so much of our roof and flooring. Well let me just say these guys made it look like nothing ever happened and didn't charge an outrageous price. Good to know good companies still exist.

Over all great company, everyone was very nice and neat. They helped me deal with my insurance after I had a leak in my bathroom that went down to the first floor. Everything got done very quickly, would recommend.
