I came home after a long day just wanting to take a nap, but instead found my building completely flooded due to a water leak on an upper floor. Hallways, common areas, and my bedroom carpet were beyond drenched. I’m not sure who contacted them, but within no time two vans labeled SourceOne showed up loaded with equipment. Like Santa and his elves, these heroes went from unit to unit (easily 20+ apartments) setting up their gear. Within 20 minutes of arriving at my place, they had fans, dehumidifiers, and other equipment running. By 8 AM the next morning, my carpet was bone dry—something I didn’t think was even possible that quickly. Huge thanks to Steve, Jose, and Irven for their professionalism, speed, and lifesaving work. Source One really helped us out last week when our hot water heater leaked out all over our floor. Even though we called them after hours (about 8pm), they were at our home pumping out the water in less than an hour. They set up equipment to dry out the walls that had gotten wet to ensure we wouldn’t end up with mold. They took the time to explain the situation and answer our many questions.
