Elite was quick to respond when our basement flooded. They took the trash so we didn’t have to rent a dumpster, they were in frequent contact during the drying process, and were patient while waiting to see if our insurance would cover the costs. I had a great experience with Elite and would highly recommend!

Justin, Cody and Travis have been very helpful in our remediation process. Justin was first out to give us an estimate. He came out to our house quickly. He was friendly and thorough. We had a slab leak that destroyed our flooring and a cabinet, and called Elite to help us get our house put back together. The entire team was great to work with, very courteous and polite, kept constant communication with us through the process, and worked very well with us and our insurance company. I had a flood in my house. I immediately called Elite. Chastene made sure everything went smoothly. She had guys out with blowers and big fans to get my house dried out the same day! My insurance company wanted to drag their feet and try to not to pay for damages from the flood but the Elite crew dealt with my insurance company and were able to get the damages covered. I am very thankful for Elite, they did a great job on the remediation. I am especially thankful for Chastene, she is an excellent communicator and a definite go getter, it was nice to deal with a woman in this industry, she was very helpful in explaining next steps of what would happen. I have already referred my sister to Elite.

Elite was my first call when we had sewage backup in our church basement on a recommendation from Funky Junk Dumpsters. I was very pleased with Elite. They responded quickly, gave an estimate and actually came in under the estimate. I used them also for reconstruction. They and their sub, Committed Works, LLC., were fantastic to work with. Very attentive to our needs. Elite looked at us not as a customer but looked at us with care and concern for our needs. They took great care to get us back to normal. I could not be happier with the results from Elite, their personnel and subs. They all treated us with great respect. I highly recommend their services to anyone that needs them.

We lost power during the tornado and did not have a battery back up for our sump pump. After four hours of manually hauling buckets from our basement, my husband, and I desperately called friends, neighbors, family, and even other emergency plumbers and no one was able to help us. In a desperate state, I frantically scrolled the local fishers chatter page to find anyone who recommended water damage specialists, elite remediation was highly recommended on multiple posts. At around 3:30am when the water was starting to breach the top of our sump pump reservoir, I was able to get a hold of Lamine who stoppeo what he was doing to run to the shop and get a generator and pump for us - he was to our house within 25 minutes. Total lifesaver! 2/3 of our basement is dry because of him and his promptness. We are forever thankful for him. I highly recommend elite remediation and services due to the quality of character of their team.
