Flood Fire Pro

Flood Fire Pro has been fabulous to work with. Matt answered the phone at 5:30 am on a Sunday morning & had a crew at the house by 8:30am. Oscar, Sean, Ed & crew were great for the next week to stabilize, dryout, demo & especially clean up. Today Oscar & Pedro were exceptional with the contents removal. I would highly recommend this company - great to work with, communicate, & stay on top of the situation. Oscar & Sean are fabulous to work with & communicate the process & very realistic. Great for calming you down in a horrible situation.

The team from FLOOD FIRE PRO, INC. were wonderful. They were here on time every day, worked ALL day to get everything done, were so helpful going above and beyond to bring salvageable things upstairs for us and were very communicative and friendly. I spoke to Matt explaining we had a flood in the basement and we needed someone to come as soon as possible. They were extremely responsive they arrived within a couple of hours. Vinny and Dave came they assessed the situation, removed everything that was wet, set up all the necessary equipment to dry out the basement. A few days later Sean was in touch to set up a time that Vinny and Will could come to check that the basement was drying out. They are always on time, polite and get the job done. Sean also recommended a plumber. He was very responsive and replaced the water heater in a timely matter. I would highly recommend Flood, Fire and Pro.

We experienced a "puff back" from the furnace in January . The basement was covered in soot and the air vents took soot through out the house. We realized that our attempts to clean were going nowhere and we needed professionals. Matt and Ed of FloodFire Pro were responsive, explained the scope of the job and send a hardworking crew who expertly cleaned the house. Last weekend, I woke up to water in my basement due to the hot water tank leaking. After my initial panic and surprise, I contacted flood fire pro immediately. They were courteous, kind and professional walking me through the clean up mitigation process. A crew arrived at my house in less than 2 hours of the initial call. Jimmy and team arrived. They got right to work and in n9 time had all the water cleaned up and numerous fans going. They were very knowledgeable letting me know all the mitigation steps and giving me ease when they explained they work directly with my homeowners insurance company. Well done very professional.
