Select Restoration did a fantastic job on our bathroom and kitchen ceiling that had water damage. There staff from demo, plumbers, painters, tile workers were friendly and courteous. They cleaned up each day when done for the day. Denny answered all our questions and concerns and made the process easy and painless. Had an unfortunate fire . Select restoration did an awesome job. From the reconstruction to handling the financial part with the insurance company and my mortgage holder. I am the owner of Cloverleaf Pizza located at 17834 Mack Ave. in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. I hired Select Restoration not for their disaster recovery but for the build out of my new store. I had to redo everything from the ground up to pass all inspections needed by the city and health department in order for me to open. Select Restoration facilitated everything from the demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling on through the final completion of my project. I am very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend them to anyone in need of disaster cleanup, or complete remodeling. Bryan, the owner, is a wonderful guy! I used Select Restoration in a different way. I was having my basement remodeled and Select Restoration was hired as the builder for my project. Boy did that work out for me. Deni was the project manager and he was with all of the contractors every step of the way. As the project was progressing, Deni was always open to the various changes I wanted to make along the way. He had a team of Mike and Hunter who did a phenomenal job with their craftsmanship. From the beginning of the asbestos tile removal and demolition of the "old" basement to the finishing touches of the "new" basement, Bryan, Deni, and their team was a pleasure to work with. We had an awful situation with sewage overflows in our basement bathroom and out into the main area. Extensive damage. Twice within 10 days. Major insurance claim. After calling Select Restoration, they handled everything efficiently, professionally and generously. They were always available and always able to explain the process to us. We came home from vacation to find the waterline to our refrigerator had split. spraying water for 4-7 days. Water not only in kitchen and living room, but leaked into our finished basement.
