One Call Services

I've worked with one call services, specifically Jaime, twice now, and have had an excellent experience both times. Dealing with flooding, mold and other invisible risks in my home is an especially stressful experience, and what I appreciate the most about Jaime and their team is the clarity, professionalism and empathy they all have about the situations they deal with. They don't talk down to me, offer up options and provide exceptional advice on what the best paths forward are. I don't ever feel upsold and they explain the value behind each and every dollar spent. You never want to have to call a company like One Call Services to deal with a mess, but when you do call them, they treat you extremely well. Absolutely recommend!

Jaime and his team were fantastic to work with and did an incredibly thorough job! A water and mold remediation project is not something we expected or had any idea what to do with, but Jaime and his team walked us through it step by step and made us very confident in the work they were providing. Incredibly reasonable cost as well- highly recommend!

We chose One Call Service for fixing our crawlspace mold situation and our bathroom walls restoration. Marco was very responsible and professional. And he was very on time with responding, and respectful. Along with his crew. And the best part was that they made all the proper arrangements so that the house doesn’t get dirty. And they made sure to clean it all up before they left. Our work completed the day before yesterday. And hopefully we will stay satisfied with them because of the warranty they gave. We woke up to some flooding in our kitchen. To avoid further damage, we called One Call Services. Jaime arrived right away and immediately took action. Jaime and his team were amazing. They were very transparent about the work that needed to be done and communicated any new findings to discuss possible actions together. They did an amazing job and we are so lucky to have worked with them!

I had a leak from my kitchen sink in the crawl space which I was not aware of until we started getting tons of little flies. I called a plumber and he gave me Marco’s number and I called him for an estimate. I am so happy with the communication and work that was done. Marco is so nice and does a great job. He and his team were very quick and efficient . It is a relief to have someone who provides this service and know that they are honest and very knowledgeable in their profession. I was so happy that I called One Call Services. Jaime was my project lead and came out to see the water damage and he gave me an estimate by EOD. They were available to start the next day. They always texted me when they were on their way, when they left for the day, they are extremely professional and do exceptional work. I still had not determined where the leak was coming from, although we thought it was the refrigerator. Even the leak inspector commented on what a great job they did getting the glue off of the floor after they removed the damaged wood. They took a tons of pictures and sent me a link that I could share for my insurance and Thermadore appliance. Also, one other comment was other companies I called first at the recommendation of my insurance company wanted to charge me $850 for Covid cleaning of the equipment and only had about 5 lines on the demo. The estimate I received from One Call was totally itemized (59 lines to be exact) and no COVID cleaning. I was able to use Docusign and have a record of my estimate online still. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation with water/mold damage, I 100% recommend One Call Services.

We had small leak at our kitchen sink which went unnoticed and resulted in water damage and mold growth. We got estimate from three contractors and One Call was the least expensive. They were very professional & courteous and completed the work on time. Jamie was very helpful and ready to answer any questions we had. I would recommend them as the first choice for water damage/mold remediation.
