Mike & his Servpro team were able to assist in restoring one of our units affected by water damage that needed to be restored completely. Everything from drywall, flooring, bathroom, kitchen cabinets, electrical and more. They were a true blessing making this process most seamless and smooth for my mom and I. His office staff was exceptional on the back end with correspondence and arranging execution was top notch. We truly appreciate all the time and effort they put into our unit as if it were their own. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but when a company provides exceptional service and goes above and beyond, I believe it deserves recognition. Recently, I had a water emergency at home and searched for plumbers in the area. That's how I found Servpro of Garden Grove. From the very first phone call, their service stood out as personalized and professional. Esmeralda, the office manager, was incredibly understanding and accommodating. She arranged for a technician to come out the same day. The technician arrived promptly, assessed the situation, clearly explained what needed to be done, and got straight to work. A few hours later, the job was complete and the water issue was fully resolved. If you ever need plumbing or restoration services, give them a call. It's refreshing to find a company that truly delivers quality service.

Matthew and the team were very professional. After remediation, they replaced an exterior wall, rebuilt the water heater closet (inside and out), plumbing, water heater relocation, electrical work and installed a new shower/tub on the other side of the repaired wall in the master bath. They also put new flooring and painted. Very happy with the work. Matt worked directly with my insurance adjuster and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend.

Extremely professional and helpful. Our Redeemer Lutheran Church experienced a water leak in a large hall/auditorium. ServPro did the demolition, remediation, and reconstruction. We are very pleased with the finished product.
