Enviro Clean Abatement

We had a fantastic experience with Enviro Clean for our recent abatement project. From the very first call, their team was incredibly communicative—clear, responsive, and always willing to explain each step of the process. They made a potentially stressful situation feel manageable and even reassuring. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and maintained a clean, safe worksite throughout. What really stood out was their professionalism and transparency. They kept us updated at every stage, answered all our questions with patience, and followed through on every commitment.

I really appreciate the work and quality of service we received! Living in another state and having to try and deal with water damage from a distance was stressful enough but they made it easy! They showed up in a timely manner, assessed the situation and dived right in. I was given updates each step of the way and they answered my questions thoroughly! The best part? They dealt with the insurance company and I didn't even need to get involved in that process. In the end, everything was taken out that needed to be, and the area was left clean and ready for the rebuild!

Enviro Clean was referred by a plumbing company. My water heater was leaking into my house caused damage to my walls and carpet. They are very through, quick and polite. My name is Terri Gaines. Memo did a great job when our house got water damage. He took all of the worry out of the process for us. He was efficient in finding the source of the leak plus making sure the walls were dried out. I highly recommend Memo and Enviroclean.

There was minimal water damage to my wall from my water heater. EnviroClean pulled up with a clown car full of guys who looked like they picked up off the street to cut out some drywall and set up 5 fans. They left them there for 3 days and then pulled them out. That’s it. They charged $3500 for it. Sleezy company run by sleezy people.

I had a leak in my shower and I called Enviroclean to take a look at it. They found a broken pipe behind my shower head and helped me with the claim filing process. They were also very clean throughout the work and laid plastic throughout my home so they wouldn’t track dust throughout my house. They left everything very clean when they were finished with the demolition. Ashley and Paula from the office helped with all of the communication with my insurance, the only thing I needed to do was get my claim filed. I have recommended them to many friends since I had such a good experience!

I have been trying to reach this company for weeks. One of their trucks hit my truck. The employee left a note and the office manager Ashely was giving us a hard time because she thought the repair bids were high. Now they are ghosting me and I just want to fix the truck. I can only imagine how they will respond to any issue you may have if they can’t fix their wrong doings. I understand accidents happen. But do what’s right.
