I recently had water damage in my home, and in my search for a trustworthy restoration company, I relied heavily on online reviews. Exact Construction and Restoration absolutely lived up to their reputation. They immediately sent out Lucas, who clearly explained the entire process and answered all my questions about what to expect. Shortly after, I was contacted by the project manager, Jason, who also came out and went over every detail. Throughout the entire project, he kept me informed and made sure I understood each step. The crew arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were great to interact with. The whole process actually took less time than I anticipated, and the repairs were seamless—my home looks just like it did before the damage. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Jason truly went above and beyond, even locating a hard-to-find vanity I needed. I highly recommend Exact Construction and Restoration. They made a stressful situation so much easier and delivered outstanding results.

Exact did an amazing job for us! We had water damage due to a storm and Exact handled the repair work. They provided the quote for us to sign off on and they worked with the insurance company to get the project approved by them and get the repair work done in a timely manner. Their team also did a great job and the repair work came out better than before the damage was done. I would definitely recommend working with them as they make the process easy during a stressful time and they do great work!

Fantastic experience. I needed the bathrooms at my short term rental property rebuilt after a pipe burst causing flood damage. Lucas came out and gave me an estimate. He was super knowledgeable and professional, and provided a fair estimate that my insurance company approved. I really valued their experience working directly with adjusters for insurance claims. Stan was my project manager, and kept me well informed on the progress and got the project completed in the estimated time frame. Extremely satisfied with Exact and will use them again in the future if I ever need to!

So grateful to Exact C&R! They are taking such good care of my Mom! They addressed bathroom flooding that required significant demolition to address water damage. Bruce worked his buns off as he meticulously addressed the damage. He is detailed, thorough, and thoughtful in his craft and also made sure that we were in on all of the important decisions as he proceeded. Krystal was professional and extremely friendly and took care of every question and concern at every step of the process. They’ll return tomorrow to make sure the extensive drying gear is doing the trick. So grateful!

They explained every detail. They offered to show progress as they worked. They turned a dreadfully overwhelming and anxious situation into a manageable well-planned solution.
