Kustom US Restoration

Kustom was great to work with. I had a water issue (covered the whole house). Insurance sent another company out, and the house still smelled wet after they were finished. Kustom came in, took all kinds of pictures and documented what still needed to be done. They talked with insurance on my behalf through a few back-and-forth questions in order to be sure their documentation was accepted and approved. Very responsive folks, clean, tidy, and I felt completely trustworthy. While I hope to never ever need such services again (no offense intended), I would not hesitate to use Kustom again.

Kustom was excellent to work with after finding water manage in our home. The whole team made the process easy and provided excellent communication throughout the whole project. Danny & Horlando did the mitigation work — Frank, Ricardo & Humberto completed the restoration — they were all so professional and made our house good as new. I highly recommend Kustom!

The work to restore my kitchen was done very professionally and at a high standard. They addressed all potential quality issues very quickly. Would use them again for future projects , therefore worthy of a 5 star review.

Had a fire in my house got contacted by this company. They came where nice agreed to wait for there estimate have told them that I am traveling and when I get back we could meet to complete inspections they ordered all inspection. Then they stoped responding back. They told me they want to work with me. Therefore I did not contact any other contractors. Over all experience with the Gilbert location in AZ was very bad and disappointing. Made me not trust this company anymore. They are not dependable.

Kustom came to me highly recommended. They were there with me from the very beginning to guide me through the complicated maze of insurance claims and restoration details of my home. Chris Szewc was the project manager keeping me well-informed every step of the way. He addressed all of my questions and concerns quickly and professionally throughout the entire project. He worked hard to help me make the arrangements to remove the old carpeting throughout the house and replace it with very nice porcelain tile. Everyone who has visited my house since the project's completion has remarked on the excellent tile work. Chris is a very easy man to work with, very concerned about providing the customer with a quality job. In my mind, Kustom, and Chris in particular went above and beyond to produce excellent results. I am very happy with the way the house turned out far exceeding my expectations. Rosie did an excellent job explaining the packing/unpacking procedure as well as handling the insurance claims. She and her contents team made short work of packing up my belongings carefully and putting them in storage. They created a very detailed list of the items that could not be saved, a tremendous help to me. I have yet to find any breakage from the packing up or putting back of my home contents.. Rosie also handle all of the transactions required between the insurance company, Kustom, me, and the mortgage company, a task I was more than happy for her to handle. For me, the entire project has been handled very professionally with a great deal of concern and care on Kustom’s part to make the project as easy as possible on me. I am more than happy with the way the project turned out. I recommend Kustom highly. They will be my first call should I ever need them again.
