Nathan and Logan were amazing! They were able to come out the next day, they were both super friendly, answered all of our questions, cleared all the damaged areas out completely, and cleaned up afterwards. If I was only doing a review for them, it would be 5*. It would have been the smoothest process! For mitigation, I would recommend them to anyone. Im only giving 4* because the way things were communicated, it seemed like the reconstruction team would be the same company. West Valley set up Gurr brothers to do the repair. And that process was an absolute nightmare for 9 weeks! We cut ties after 1 of the 3 repairs needed was 85% complete. We hired another company for the other repairs. If you do use West Valley, I wouldn't rely on them to set up the repairs.

I had an excellent experience with Kaiden. He was professional, prompt, and incredibly thorough with the restoration work. He kept me updated throughout the process and made everything as stress-free as possible. The quality of his work exceeded my expectations, and I’d highly recommend this service to anyone in need of restoration services.

I have no idea how they ever got a 5 star recommendation. Of course, they didn't give me a chance to find out either. If there was a way I could give them no stars I would. I made an appointment with Caleb at WVR on Friday for a Monday appointment at 10:00, cleared my calendar, waited all day and.....crickets . Ghosted me without a phone call to reschedule. What is up with these contractors who will just stand you up without a call? When you reach out to them for help, you are already in a bad situation, by ignoring you they only make your situation worse.

This company is honest and will take care of you! What a pleasure it was to have their help and guidance at our home. I would definitely recommend 10/10

Working with West Valley Restoration has been a very bad experience for us. We experienced a problem with a rental property while we were traveling. The plumber brought in West Valley Restoration. Since then we have felt pressured by West Valley Restoration, had poor communication and have now been charged fees we were not aware of.
