Nothing is fast with construction so if you've had a disaster happen at your home and need repairs keep that in mind. Materials and staffing are a continuous challenge from what I have seen in any situation I need something done. Plus it can be very emotional seeing your home in a terrible state. All of these things can make repairs feel like they are taking forever when really it may be merely a pothole in the road of life. We had our first and hopefully last house fire last summer and it fortunately was limited to our garage and no one was hurt. I didn't know where to start with hiring a restoration company or even know what they were so the journey started with some contact info from our insurance company, from there I contacted all of the companies and had at least 5 companies come assess the damage. The first impression is a big deal and Tim from Absolute Restoration LLC, a local restoration company, was the most professional of all of the companies even compared to much larger national corporations. So the fact that they are local and made the best first impression made my decision easy. Through the repair process I was always kept in the loop as to the next steps and although materials and man power can take time to schedule my family and I could not be happier with the finished product. Absolute Restoration LLC took a difficult negative situation and turned it into a positive. Our garage looks even better than it did before the fire. I cannot thank Tim and the Absolute Restoration team enough for all the work that they have done. We always felt like we were being taken care of by their company throughout the process. We had a small section of our basement wall that had mold/slight water damage. Called absolute restoration on the weekend we found it, and they did promptly call me Monday morning when they returned to the office. After that, the communication was horrible. There were three separate times I was told throughout the week I would be called back about scheduling after they inspected it. Every time I did not receive a call and had to call them again. Finally after playing phone tag all week we got the work scheduled and completed. To complete it they had to cut out two 2’x4’ sections of the wall (which was fine), but they did not fix the wall after completion. They said they are not doing that at the moment due to demand and materials. That was never discussed prior to signing the contract and we spent almost a thousand dollars for minimal mold removal and for a giant hole in our wall that I had to fix myself. I guess they do okay work at mold removal but their communication is awful and they use the term ‘restoration’ lightly if they don’t finish the restoring. Very unhappy and would have gone elsewhere would I have known what was in store.

Absolute Restoration 5 star Wanted to take a minute to recommend Absolute Restoration to anyone needing this type of service. We just went through a very stressful situation, our Son’s house caught on fire in July. We were sent 2 different companies to do the job. I did not get a good feel for either company. I researched on my own found this company. The receptionist was super friendly said Tim would meet me the next day. I am huge on accountability and Tim never once did not show up or return a text or phone call. It was the opposite even on a Sunday Tim took the time to return a phone call. He made the situation at least bearable! You are very blessed to have him. God bless you and absolute restoration. I have referred Tim and your company to a lot! I moved into a house a couple years ago. Before moving in, the home inspector missed that boards on the deck were rotting. After pulling boards to try and fix myself, I realized that the joist were rotting as well. This would be a job too big for me. I called Absolute Restoration because I had used them in the past and I have always been pleased with their work. They quickly responded and Tim came out to investigate. In a short time, we had a very fair estimate and timeframe to have the deck rebuilt. Both Dan and Tim kept in contact to keep us updated and to make sure things were going as planned. In the end, we have a deck that is much better quality than the previous deck. The railings are much more secure and stable than what we had. I would highly recommend Absolute Resoration because we received outstanding service and the end product was above expectations. Communication was good throughout and they were not satisfied until they made sure we were satisfied. I would definately use them again.

I made the right decision by choosing Absolute to dry out and clean up my basement after the recent heavy rains. Not only did this company do a fantastic job, they actually believe in customer service. This company, along with their well-trained, caring and courteous employees, impressed me. My experience was 100 percent positive.
