Had a couple of inches of water in our basement, Puroclean was here in less than an hour. The technicians were great, pumped out water and even explained how it happened. We called our plumber and got our water heater replaced. Turned a nightmare into a situation we can handle. They brought boxes and bubble wrap, packed our valuables, while we get the laminate floor replaced. Very helpful and Considerate.

This PuroClean team was superb , to say the least. Steve and his crew assisted us with water damage from a frozen pipe and they were very experienced and professional. Steve, the project manager on our claim was more than exceptional.
