Being concerned about a recent plumbing issue I had, it really helped having Mike and the crew come in and assist me with getting things aired out and resolved! They always cleaned up behind themselves and talked me through things! It has been a great experience and great Customer Service! Special shout out to Mike who just delivers A1 service!

Look, if you want personable and professional service with integrity, Royal. Plus is the way to go. Brandon came to my home after it flooded due to a valve. Brandon not only listened to why the "stuff" was important, he explained the process to me. I never felt like he was in a rush to "get to the next job", in fact , no one that is working on my job made me feel that way. Brandon got the mitigation did better than expected, he was also very communicative. Royal has done a phenomenal job so far, even showed up at 4:30 in the morning. I will be using them to complete the rebuild because they actually seem to care about what they do. Brandon was professional, respectful and honestly, even if I was unable to be home would trust him and his team. That’s service you can’t put a price on. I recently had the pleasure of working Royal Plus to address the damage caused by a plumbing leak that affected both my bathrooms. Brandon, who managed the mitigation process, demonstrated exceptional professionalism while maintaining a warm and approachable demeanor. Brandon and Corey did an excellent job in dealing with the mitigation of flooding in our home. We were away on vacation and our house had a water line burst. Not even 5 hours later Brandon was there dealing with the mitigation, and has been consistently responsive and helpful.
