It was an exceptional service provided by Mr Jason Morejon, who recently visited my apartment to evaluate damage caused by a leak from the unit above. Jason demonstrated a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the visit.He did not limit his inspection to the visibly affected area - instead, he took the initiative to thoroughly examine other parts of the apartment to ensure there were no hidden or additional leaks. He also confirmed there was no presence of mold and took the time to explain why mold had not developed, which gave me much - needed peace of mind. I was especially grateful that this inspection was performed at no cost. For context, I also obtained an evaluation from another company. Unlike Jason, they quickly claimed the presence of mold spores, likely taking advantage of the fact that many customers -myself included- are not familiar with how mold develops or is detected. This kind of behavior can lead too unnecessary charges and stress. Jason's honesty , knowledge, and throughout approach provided a clear contrast. My home was affected by the Texas winter storm in 2021. I couldn't get a mitigation company here in Houston, but thank God these guys came to help out all the way from my home town Miami.
