We contacted PuroClean to remove bat excrement from an isolated spot in our attic following the removal of the bats. This company sent two gentlemen to our home to evaluate, remove and sanitize the affected area. They did an excellent job from start to finish: they explained the process, gave us a written estimate, did the clean-out and sanitized within days of our contact. The two men that came for the service were very courteous and were not disruptive to the normal flow of the house. They phoned ahead each time that they came so that we knew their TOA almost to the minute. Since attic access was necessary, not only did they attend to that but there was no trace that they had ever been here on the second floor of living space. They removed and transported all waste. We highly recommend this company for their professional staff and for a job that was well done. They provided the appropriate documentation that services had been performed for our future reference. This is the worse company I have ever worked with. This company was hire by our insurance company when we had our fire over a year ago. We had a 1595 sq foot 3 level 3 split apartment that they were supposed to emptied out completely in a timely matter. They failed to do so. When I enter the residence I nearly had a heart attack. After being lied to saying the house was nearly empty it was filled. Furniture left, piles of trash everywhere. 9 foot black bags full to the top of our items just tossed in bags like they were nothing. Expensive flat screen tvs, video , our photographs left behind. Instead of going to the hospital with having a panic attack, I was forced yo gather what I could in 10 hours before the land lord changed the lock. Insurance company fired them immediately. We got a storage shed and demanded them to bring what they managed to get out to the shed and they refused They have kept my items for over a year and demanded $40,000 to return our stuff. They are out of their mind demanding so much money for a job not even close to being 30% done! The apartment complex charged us $7,000 for clean up they failed to do! Now they have an audacity to ask for $3,000 and to make payments. Instead I filed a lost and stolen items report with the police department. That is a $75,000+ theft of items that I will be suing the hell out of this company for massively large amout of stress from the lies this company has given us over a year. We are victims of a fire that we did not even cause and it's been non stop hell on earth because of these people! Do not use Pure Clean for anything fire related! Worse company for the job and they should be ashamed of yourselves!

Deji did an amazing job in our home. He was prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was very responsive to all of our questions about the water damage and communicating every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend!

Wanted to express my gratitude for Deji. He was so quick to come over as soon as the leak was discovered in my ceiling. He was kind and reassuring. He walked through everything he did and made sure our home was left in good condition and furniture was covered and protected from the leak. I felt like he genuinely cared about us and our home. He came back a few days later to finish his job and even left supplies to cover our furniture for when the contractors came. I haven’t experienced customer service this good in a very long time. Although it was an inconvenient experience deji made it so much better! Thank you thank you!

Adam did an excellent job cleaning up the mold in our basement and was very professional and friendly. 10/10 recommend for mold abatement and cleanup.
