We recently had a toilet to break and flood our master bathroom and adjoining walk through closet. We contacted Flood & Fire Pros, the owner Jorden Rose personally came out to assess the damage. Jordon was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He sent his team out to remove everything that had water damage (they worked very diligently to get the job done). I will use Flood & Flood again if a situation arises I would highly recommend them!!

Flood and Fire Pros is an outstanding choice for water mitigation. The owner personally came out to walk me through the process, which made the whole situation much easier to handle since he deals with these issues every day. The technicians were extremely careful with the surrounding furniture and kept the jobsite safe and secure. The affected area was cut out perfectly without creating a huge mess, making it simple for the next crew to step in. When they finished, I even caught one of the techs on his hands and knees vacuuming between my hardwood floors—that kind of attention to detail is what sets them apart. You never think this is going to happen until it does, but I’m soooo glad I chose Flood & Fire Pros. As a new homeowner, I’d highly recommend saving their info!! 10 stars.

Jordan and his team were top notch professionals! We had a toilet backup and pipe burst leaving a mix of water and sewage water in our basement and bathrooms. Flood & fire Pros arrived less than 2 hours after first call in the late evening to start cleaning and drying the water. They returned early the next morning to continue cleanup and start removing damaged flooring and drywall. Left fans and dehumidifiers all week and came back to check each day until everything was dry. Also had a dumpster delivered and picked up the very next day to dispose of all trash. They also took several of our items back to their shop to clean and returned to us. Also worked directly with our homeowners insurance to make the process super easy on my end. Jordan and his team were extremely professional, courteous, and great guys! They should be the first call you make if you come home to a flooded basement or other unfortunate event!

I had an issue with bathroom with raw sewage running under my house floor. Called plumber & he fixed the issue & advised if I was going to continue living in home I needed the crawl space cleaned & dried ASAP. He recommended Flood & Fire Pros. He called them for me to get an appointment scheduled & gave Jordan Rose all the info & I was scheduled the next day. Jordan & his team came out & Jordan let me know they were there working & there was nothing else I needed to do. Jordan took all the insurance info & had me to sign papers & they began work immediately. Jordan told me that once they finished with clean up they would start drying & come & check to see how drying was going & when it was dry they would get the rest of equipment & leave. This is exactly what they did. Really professional & courteous & friendly group of workers. They made this so easy for me & I didn’t have headache of dealing with anyone other than Jordan. So if you need any clean ups of this nature I recommend Flood & Fire Pros.
