I was introduced to Spangler Restoration late last year at a sister property. In December, I moved to another property and was pleasantly surprised to see Kelly at our office. Kelly planned an amazing lunch and learn for myself and my staff. A few months ago, I needed Spangler to do a project on my property and I emailed Kelly. She was able to get someone out the very next day to give me an estimate. Spangler came in with the best price for the work we needed and completed the job in a timely manner! The work was great too! Spangler offers so much and I will definitely use them in the future!

I didn't get any Restoration services - but I was referred to them mistakenly, and the person who picked up - even though it was After Hours --> took care of me to give me 2 referral to a Plumber and 2 referrals to an HVAC specialists (that they work with). I've been trying to get someone to work on my newly purchased home so I can move in on time, and these referrals mean alot to me! Even though I'm not a paying customer, they are still showing their true colors by being of service. They must care about the work they do here. Thank you!

We are pleased we chose Spangler to restore our home after our fire. My very first phone call was returned promptly, and our initial appointment was set up for a short time later, and Brandon, the Program Manager, arrived on time for this appointment. He spent a lot of time with us, and he inspired confidence from the very beginning. Nate was our Project Manager, and he was very responsive and accessible, had all the right answers, and was great to work with. He worked directly with our State Farm Claims Handler to make things go relatively seamlessly. We are pleased with how our home looks now, and we would use Spangler again and recommend this company to our friends.

I had a great experience using Spangler to restore a kitchen fire at the apartment community I manage. They came out quickly to take a look at the damage and estimate the repairs. They also made it very easy for me by working with my existing supplier to get the materials and took very little time to complete the project once the materials arrived. We completed the walk-thru together and I was very happy with the process. They came in lower than other companies I priced out as well.

We have worked with Spangler Restoration on several projects at our community. They have always been very professional and attentive to our needs. Our clubhouse had a major pipe burst this past year and they work diligently on getting our clubhouse put back together very quickly. Kelly has been great to work with and helped us organize a fantastic resident event with the local Fire Department at our community.

Spangler Restoration was able to meet with me the day of the fire to help me assess the damage in order to even know if I should file a claim with my insurance company. Once we determined what needed to be done, they helped me through the process of getting everything into my insurance company so that my claim was addressed as quickly as possible. Their work crews did an excellent job of cleaning up the smoke and soot damage, cleaning out the HVAC system, repainting everything in the house, and cleaning the flooring. We were very impressed with the work done!

Our dishwasher leaked and caused our floor to buckle so we had a new floor installed. Isaiah and his team coordinated the work so that it was the least intrusive for us. All of their subcontractors were very professional. There were a lot of logistics and it all worked out perfectly. 10/10. We would definitely have them complete work for us again.
