They came quickly and started very soon after the estimate was sent and price was agreed to. Very friendly and professional. Did a great job on both services I needed (cleaning out sewage from cellar and adding gutters). Quick to respond to questions/requests. Great communication with them. Gutters were done quickly and look great!

Matt and the other guy that came with him to do the remediation could not have been better. They kept me informed on a daily basis as to how far they had gotten with the remediation and how bad the mold had gotten in different areas under the house. I was disappointed in the service I received from Drymedic Homewood. No one explained that they would gut the area and not replace the walls for $4900.00. They refused to return my calls when I inquired about it, and it wasn't until I spoke with the Office Manager was I made aware that they were not going to do anything else. They told me that I would have to pay half upfront, but I was sent a bill for the entire balance, which I paid and now have no recourse to recoup. Horrible experience.

It’s so hard to find someone reliable and genuinely helpful—but Jacob from DryMedic exceeded expectations. He was incredibly kind and offered to come out for a free home inspection. He showed up on time, was thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. I really appreciated his professionalism and expertise!

I was having a mold issue in one of my rental properties and called Jacob at Drymedic. Jacob spent 20 min with me on the phone helping me sort out my mildew problem and what it might be. He was simply giving me advice and help which is exactly what i was looking for. Jacob met me personally at the house to check out the situation. I ended up not needing the services, but i can assure u when i do, i will be calling jacob. Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and very trustworthy which is a big deal for me. Can’t recommend Jacob enough! He came the same day within 15 minutes and went above and beyond to connect me to the right resources to help us. Super kind and respectful and personable and answered all my questions despite the craziness of my little ones being very distracting. I for sure will use them in the future!!
