Lorenzo was extremely helpful throughout a very stressful process (emergency water mitigation, repairs, navigating insurance). A pipe in our apartment bathroom burst when noone was home and caused flooding and damage throughout our unit. He had a crew out immediately to help with water mitigation and throughout the week to check on the unit and the progress. He was always responsive, professional, and most of all thoughtful and caring... the staff and crew are too. His help with repairs and navigating the insurance process was also helpful and much appreciated.

Lorenzo was the best! I am so grateful for how he took care of us when we needed someone so badly to help us figure out what could be done. When my daughter called me and said that our Subaru interior was flooded from torrential rains, I was distraught. I Googled his business and he literally came in like an angel to help take the car, air it out in a secure building and get it cleaned up like nothing happened! Servpro cleaned our carpets when we were moving out. They did an excellent job and finished within a few hours. Mike, Chad and Rowell were really thorough and Mike even showed me the equipment and explained how it worked. The carpet looked brand new just as it did when we moved in 8 years ago. Thanks Servpro!

Following our last hurricane Milton the first floor of my townhome experienced 4 inches of water intrusion. I was so lucky that Serve Pro had an appointment next door and came over to give me an estimate. They came back the next day, cut out all the lower drywall on the first floor. They set up an army of fans and several dehumidifiers, that ran for two days. Everything dried out and no serious damage occurred. Lorenzo has a franchise in Hawaii and came to Florida with his crew and van to help. Lorenzo was absolutely wonderful, always prompt, explained everything thoroughly and kept me calm. The team did an excellent job, I wouldn’t use anyone else but Servepro in the future and will highly recommend this company to all my friends. Thank you Lorenzo and team for a fantastic job.
