We had a water issue in our attic & needed to have the water & mold damage taken care of asap. From the moment we contacted Diversified, we received top notch customer service & communication. Jenni responded to us immediately & met with us to inspect the damage right away. Jenni was thorough with everything, showed up, & walked us through everything every step of the way. Jenni even reassured me that she could plan the services around our busy work schedule - something I truly appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised when Jenni showed up with the serviceman, Lawrence, on day one of the repairs so she could introduce him, & so the three of us could review the final plan for treating the water & mold damage. During the water mitigation & mold remediation, Lawrence made sure the work areas were safe, clean, & that we could safely access other areas of our home. Lawrence did an excellent job & was very professional. You can tell he takes pride in his work. We are very happy with the service we received from Diversified Construction Contractors & highly recommend them!

Wonderful job done by Diversified construction contractors . Discovered mold in my kitchen and advanced to wall. The remediation were great and professional. My floors were protected and a barrier was placed to seal off the area. Great job by Nathan Folse for coordinating the project. They let me know the steps of the project. Also kept as much of my cabinetry as possible.

Nathan and DCC have really done outstanding work in our home after our water heater sprung a leak and flooded our attic. Nathan and his crew came to our house worked quickly to get remediation ready. I didn’t even have to find a contractor to replace the Sheetrock, insulation, and paint because DCC will do that too. Nathan and DCC helped make an extremely stressful situation pretty stress free.
