SERVPRO of Town & Country

I just wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Servpro Town and Country team for their exceptional response and outstanding customer service. They were incredibly professional and friendly, and they truly went above and beyond to take care of my home and belongings. The quality of their work was top-notch, and I’m so impressed with their dedication. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and friendly service. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

I contacted ServePro through my insurance company after Hurricane Beryl. I was so stressed out at the time and didn’t know how to navigate going about fixing my home after a major event like this, as I am a first time home buyer. Chris Douglas was my representative who came and completely changed my outlook on everything. He was patient, educating and very thorough in his explanation of everything that he did. He gave me the necessary reassurance that I needed. Above all you can tell that he truly cared about helping out the customer. Having someone like this truly makes the difference when rendering customer service and care. Chris followed up after his inspection to make sure everything went smooth as well. I’d recommend him to anyone I know. When I look back on these moments, having people like Chris is what gives people peace of mind. Bless him and his family. 1000/10 Recommend.

One of the worst experiences. Wont go into details because we are seeking civil suit solution. I do not recommend this co.pany at all from horrible contractors to rude and lazy employees. I recommend any other disaster clean up company because these guys ain't it. Should of just went in a diff direction when they couldn't keep employees employed. More turnover than an IHOP. I'd give negative 5 stars if I could. Who would of thought after a tornado, then hurricane that ServPro would the biggest disaster to hit our family home.

Corine with Servpro has been a godsend during this stressful time. She has gone above and beyond ensuring we knew exactly what was being done during the water mediation process at our home. Corine should give a masterclass on customer service. I cannot sing her praises enough. Thank you Corine!!

EDIT 3/31/2025: SERVPRO responded to my years-old review insinuating that I am confused about who wrecked my house, and I can say with 100% certainty that it is this SERVPRO, the TOWN & COUNTRY one. I have attached the business card of the salesman (verifying that it is Town & Country) who pitched a good experience to me who I was previously not going to name, since he was the ONLY good part of the entire situation and everyone else acted like they were blind after SERVPRO Town & Country took my money. SERVPRO is either lying about not finding my project, or they cannot keep track of their own records. I'm still upset over this incident this many years later, and still curse the day I hired SERVPRO Town & Country to screw up my house and finances. --- ORIGINAL REVIEW from 2022 or 2023: SERVPRO’s salesman pitched a great experience that his team failed to deliver. SERVPRO came out SUPER quickly to clean my HVAC system but disappeared as soon as there were issues. They caused thousands of dollars of damage, I had a terrible time communicating post-damage, and it was a terrible experience that I will not repeat. After their cleaning, every vent would release clods of dirt and insulation, which I was told was "normal" and would go away. When it didn’t, they had techs go back up to look at my system and not a single person would give me photos of the damage to my own house after repeatedly asking for them. There was terrible communication between SERVPRO and Ductz, the company they work with to do HVAC construction work. The tech that supervised the job apparently quit and went to Florida or Colorado, leaving a mess. I ended up paying half of the damages out of pocket on top of SERVPRO’s initial bill, but only after SERVPRO finally sent out their own person to give an estimate of the job, who then undercut my tech’s bid by $200 and tried to steal the job himself after he was 45 minutes late and couldn’t find the right house. If you want someone quick, call SERVPRO, but be ready to pay four times the cost of the service for someone else to fix SERVPRO’s mistakes after months of arguing. I’m still not over it, and I’m glad I use a different company now.

10/10 experience with this Servpro! The staff worked quickly and efficiently while keeping us updated throughout the whole project. I continue to recommend them when anyone asks about help with water damage!
