Thank you Paul Davis Restoration, specifically William "Bill" Robinson, our project manager, for helping us through uncharted territory with the remediation, cleanup, and beautiful restoration of our home! I looked forward to his visits, appreciated all of the updates, and very grateful for his coordination of all the teams and companies involved in this project. Also, big shout out to Juan and his crew for their long hours getting everything looking great!

We had extensive water damage from a plumbing issue resulting in removal of the flooring, cabinets, counter tops and sections of drywall. Paul Davis was quick to address these issues, but careless not to minimize damage to the tile backsplash when removing the countertops. Now we're stuck with trying to find a similar tile on a shoestring allowance. I get that the countertops are heavy and difficult to remove. That said, I do not believe that the damage caused was unavoidable, and only a bit more time and care would have led to a better outcome. Not the outcome I'd expect for a price point close to a new car.

Our experience with Paul Davis has been nothing short of excellent. From load out of our possessions, work done, and load in, they carried themselves with integrity. The staff was patient, easy to communicate with, and the work done was most pleasing. Even amid insurance challenges, they consistently worked with us to finish the job. Josh, our Project Manager was faithfully on task insuring all work was done with efficiency. His personality and demeanor was calming and welcoming, and made us feel like our needs were more than just a task to be cleared off of a checklist. The Paul Davis team was wonderful in every way. They were considerate of us as they completed the restoration and were a calming influence as I had been freaking out about the damage to our home. The work was completed quickly and beautifully. I especially appreciated our project manager, Carlos. He kept us informed every step of the way and helped us navigate negotiations with our insurance company.

I had water damage to my home and don't know what I would've done without all the staff at Paul Davis who worked with me to complete the restoration. I can't say enough great things about my project manager Carlos Gonzalez, and the whole crew who worked with him to help me get my home back in a livable state. Carlos was always available to take a phone call, answer my questions and so considerate to work around my availability. They really helped me work with my insurance company to get coverage for what I felt was needed. I had a great experience with Carlos and all the people he brought in to replace walls, cabinets, flooring and repainting the damaged areas. They did a beautiful job and i love the way my house turned out. Nina and her girls did a great job on the pack out, along with Jonathan and his team in getting all my possessions safely moved to the pods and back into my house. The work was top notch and I can't express how relieved I am to have used Paul Davis and to finally be back in my house and getting my life back to normal. I would highly recommend Paul Davis restoration to anyone I know who might experience an unforseen problem that causes the type of damage that I had. We think that Paul Davis did and excellent job getting the repairs done due to water damage. Our Project Manager was very responsible and detailed in all aspects. The repairs were performed expertly and you can not tell that there was a problem (other then different kitchen floor and carpet in the master bedroom and great room, which were replaced).

Outstanding experience. Juan’s team was up to every repair. Dave was exceptional and talented to accomplish a range of duties. Bill Robinson was an outstanding manager and responded to every request even additional services requested by us at our own expense. Nina followed up every issue in tracking missing items that we found that we as customers had put away for safe keeping. She put in extraordinary effort to follow up on our concerns. Overall an outstanding experience that I give the credit to Bill Roberson’s management and his team of outstanding personnel. Our water damage was a horrible experience but the recovery experience was phenomenal. Best wishes to Paul Davis for the outstanding service.
